Everything was simply good. Our food for full English breakfast was appetising and all the staff were approachable and kind.

I enjoyed my 1 night stay. The staffs were accommodating & exceptional. The full English breakfast was cheap with scrambled eggs and hot items. The location was marvellous, close to Genting Arena.

Had a good stay on a business trip, everything was very good. The room suited the needs, great value with comfortable beds. All of the staff was knowledgeable and efficient. Nothing too much trouble, I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and would recommend.

I would recomand this hotel, it's fairly clean. Thank you very much for the nice stay on a business trip. The full English breakfast is not expensive with sausage and bacon, as example.

Got air-conditioned, well-appointed with comfortable beds and a good hot shower. They had a quick check-in. You guys made my stay fairly nice.

Nice food and people. We loved our room that was cleaned and available with good climate control, coffee, as example. The bkfast staff made us feel welcome. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

We spent our time lovely in this absolutely charming hotel. We really enjoyed the sand beach near our property. Prime location - 5 mins walk from a bus station. The food was fine and our room was double superior. Terrific service.

The property overall was impeccably clean and DESIGNER, had terrific staff and food. Bed was comfy, and the room itself was cosy. The early check-in process too. The property was set in an adequate area.

We thoroughly enjoyed this place, it's contemporary! Giraffe, where you can eat, is within short walking distance of the hotel. The room was pleasant as requested.

Well situated, very close to NEC and train station, and rooms were comfortable and so spotless

we had single beds and we all slept well. the breakfast was included and had plenty of meals.

Hotel's adjacent to main attractions like resorts world arena. Food, provided there was NICE.
